Architecture of a photo album

One of the main requirements I had when designing a photo album was ease of posting images. So many of the "real" photo albums I've experienced use fancy ActiveX controls to shotgun images onto the server. While this is great when implemented correctly, I have the advantage of direct access to my server, so I decided to work on another approach. aaronquirk.net is back online...finally

So it's been about a year since this website has been up and running, and I must say that I'm very excited to be "online" again. A lot has happened in the past year, including our one year anniversary, running a marathon, and purchasing a new home! You'll notice that there are now two main sections on the website: photos and a blog. Hopefully this blog will stay current with a post/news update on how Jen and I are doing.
